Please read the following information in regards to the TSGE Fellow Stipend.
You MUST register for the conference
Fellows Housing Stipend Information
You will not fill out anything prior to the meeting. Please pick up your housing stipend reimbursement form at the registration desk. Each fellow will have
one night reimbursed in the host hotel or an equivalent hotel AND
up to a $200 travel stipend.
Policy for Reimbursement
Guidelines:
• Reimbursement for up to $200 in travel expenses (mileage, airfare, etc).
• Reimbursement for up to
one night in the host hotel or another hotel less than or equal to the group rate. Room, tax, resort fee and self-parking will be reimbursed.
• Meals and other incidental charges are
not reimbursed.
• Reimbursement is contingent upon attendance at the conference.
