Been Exposed? Now What?

Been exposed to COVID-19? The protocol seems to change daily--know your next steps with this guide.

As COVID-19 continues to affect our communities, it is important to understand the impacts of this outbreak. Rice University and local health departments, including Houston Health Department and Harris County Public Health, developed the COVID-19 Registry to identify who was (and continues to be) impacted, and understand how COVID-19 affects the health and well-being of our communities.

The COVID-19 survey is open to any individual 18 years or older. The survey is voluntary and takes 10 minutes to complete.

PPE Usage Survey

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic various Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines have been published, but adherence to such guidelines has been variable. Harvard is collecting cross-country data on the usage of PPE by healthcare workers (paramedics, medical technicians, nurses, doctors and midwives) with the aim of identifying differences across the US. This will allow them to learn from different systems and help design unified guidance to optimize the protection of the frontlines. Participation is voluntary and responses are anonymous.
