Where to Buy Personal Protective Equipment

Use TMA’s Texas-based PPE vendor guide (updated regularly) with contact, ordering, and shipping information to help locate what you need. TMA has ascertained each vendor can supply small- to medium-sized practices with little or no minimum order quantities.

You can order what and how much you need of gloves, gowns, masks, shields, surface disinfectants, hand sanitizers, and test and swab kits.

Dell Med Update

Dell Med students will have the opportunity to earn a dual degree in public affairs and medicine — a rarity among medical schools — in Fall 2021. The interdisciplinary program will allow students to earn both a Master of Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs and a medical degree from Dell Med in approximately four years. It is the seventh dual degree program offered by Dell Med as part of its Leading EDGE curriculum.

Another of Dell Med’s recent dual degree programs, the Value Institute’s Master of Science in Health Care Transformation, recently graduated its first class. Hear from Joseph and Kathleen Funk, two physicians who are now putting their learnings into practice, and the Dell Med students who graduated from the program alongside them.
